BEFORE YOU RENT

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear terms make a better rental. Your rental order confirms the equipment, total, and exact return time.

What do the rates include?

Delivery, pickup, trailers, attachments, and other add-ons are priced separately unless your quote says otherwise. Your approved quote confirms the full total.

How long is each rental?

A 4-Hour Rental is up to four consecutive hours from release to return. Weekly rentals cover seven consecutive calendar days; 28-day rentals cover 28 consecutive calendar days. We confirm the exact pickup and return times on your rental order.

Approved weekend-rate rentals are due back by 7:00 AM Monday. A later Monday return needs a separately approved, billable extension.

Does requesting dates reserve the machine?

Your request starts the process. Red Bear confirms availability, sends your quote and agreement, and approves the rental. Pickup or delivery requires accepted payment and completion of the rental requirements.

Can I haul the equipment myself?

Yes, with an approved towing setup. Your truck, trailer, hitch, tires, and load must meet all applicable ratings. Red Bear trailers require a true 2-5/16-inch ball and a properly rated hitch. Include your towing details in the request.

What about insurance and jobsite use?

Include your business and insurance information in your request so we can confirm the requirements for your rental. Mines, quarries, gravel pits, landfills, industrial facilities, and other severe-duty uses require separate written approval for the specific site. Delivery to a site does not itself approve that use.

What if I need more time?

Call at least 24 hours before your rental ends. Extensions depend on availability and need written approval from Red Bear before your scheduled return.
